Try lowering the AA threshold by using AA=0.3 or AA=0.03. Also try 
jittering the adaptive samples with +j1 If this doesn't work, try the 
second antialiasing solution, +am2 (the one I use). Failing this, try 
using +r2 for extra depth. It's slower, but it may help.
